soul-searching and news from the other side
You know what that three o’clock feeling is like… Energy slowly diminishes and thoughts wander to the “procrastination” folders that have been bookmarked just for these occasions.
A site I’ve recently found myself clicking to at 3 o’clock is Instapaper.
Instapaper actually works to makes you more productive when you need to be, because it saves sites you find so you can come back to them at a later time. The habit of leaving multiple tabs open with articles to come back to, or sites to look at becomes a thing of the past.
Once you create an account, the site gives you a special bookmark that is connected to your account and can be saved in your favorite browser toolbar for easy access.
When you come across a page that interests you, but don’t necessary have time to read now, you click the button on your tool bar and the site is instantly saved to your Instapaper account to be accessed later.
All the links that are saved get saved to your account. Once in your account, you can sort the links by topic, archive them, or delete them. It is a very easy tool that keeps all things of interest in one area to come back to later, like during the 3 o’clock lull.
